In an event where you are unsatisfied with our services, Fortified Host promise to refund any payments that took place 48 hours or shorter before the refund request in form of an account credit. However, Fortified Host reserves the right to deny a refund if any of the scenarios have occured:
– Breaking another rule in our ToS document.
– Incoming or Outgoing DDo(S) attacks.
- Hosting Illegal content or participating in attacks on our network.
- Any action we deem unfit to occur under our network at our discretion.

10. Backups and Data loss

Fortified Host is not held responsible for any data loss on any of your services with us. You, the customer, must take full responsibility by making backups yourself to ensure your data is kept safe.

11. Violations

Fortified Host reserves the right to terminate your service without any permission. We can also terminate without any permission if any of the following rules are broken:
- Disruption of other customers
- Services in arrears.
- Receiving verified complaints showing violations of our ToS.
- Sending, or becoming a target of, a DoS/DDoS attack that has been deemed to be disruptive or occured under provoction.
- Any other offense listed in this document.
- Having illegal files on your hosting account, such as: Pornography, nulled software, abusive software, and fraudulent materials.
- Fortified Host may permit adult websites that abide by state and federal law and regulation.
- Our service cannot be used to harass or embarrass any person, or publish any defamatory or liberous statements.
- We do not allow sending mass amounts of email from our hosting services.
